Mission

Pierre Verstraeten – founder of People Growth – is on a mission to help teams and individuals create sustainable performance at human level, so that the business can thrive.

Our belief is that optimum potential is reached when individuals are driven by their deepest values and fueled by their unique talents.

Revealing and adjusting that equation between role, values and talent at individual and team level is the very essence of People Growth’s purpose.

Background

His dual and complementary perspective on performance comes from a decade implementing Sales strategies all over Europe as consultant and Project Leader (Sales Ops & CRM), and then shifting the human side of change management in 2012.

After learning proper L&D methodology at Grifols, he then built the L&D function from scratch at Criteo.

Driven by the desire to create again, he laid down the foundation for the Talent function at TravelPerk (L&D, Talent Management, Performance and Engagement) and is now co-founder and Chief Learning Officer and in an ambitious consulting company, AT.scale.

Method

Specialized in Leadership, Pierre incorporates a variety of tools and models in his work such as individual and systemic coaching tools, behavioral analysis or High Performing Teams ingredients.

Education

He primarily studied International Business at Toulouse Business School and holds a Mastère Specialisé en International Project Management from ESCP-EAP.

He then became certified as an executive coach (Escuela Europea de Coaching and CTI), system coach (ORSC), Leadership Circle, DISCOVER expert and Lego Serious Play facilitator.

He is also the only Senior Facilitator for The Energy Project.

Besides his corporate education, Pierre is also a certified Yoga instructor and Kinesiologist.

Pierre is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Personal

On a personal note, after living in 8 different countries, Pierre finally settled in Barcelona with his partner and their 3 years old daughter.

When not working you can find him kitesurfing or at the Yoga Studio.
